These rules of use govern what can be done with training provided by the Iowa Reading Research Center (IRRC). These rules apply to written, video, animated, and all other types of content (collectively, “Content”). By accessing or using Content, you agree to all of the terms and conditions below. Purpose
The Content is intended to support those involved in literacy instruction including educators, community partners, family members, and institutes of higher education.
Permitted Use
IRRC grants to users the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Content solely for personal or professional learning about the relevant literacy topics.
Restrictions on Use
You may not sell, distribute, alter, modify, license, sublicense, copy, take screen captures, or use the Content in any way other than that approved in these Rules of Use.
You may not offer or sell services using the Content.
Copyright and Permission
The Content is protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights and owned or controlled by the IRRC. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any Content or any part of the Content except as allowed under “Permitted Use” is strictly prohibited. Registered Users
You must register for an account and be approved by the IRRC in order to view the Content. As a registered user, you must not share your username or password with anyone else. You must not use someone else’s username or password to log in and access the Content.
If you no longer wish to have a registered account, you may terminate your account by emailing IRRC-FrontDesk@iowareadingresearch.org. If, for any reason, we believe you have not complied with these Rules of Use, we may cancel your registration immediately without prior notice.
Content Availability
This web-based training and the Content therein can be ended or removed at any time without notifying users. Content may not be available at all times (e.g., upgrade downtime, technical difficulties, etc.).
